NotCo Not Burger Plant-Based Burgers Review
5/5 stars
“I was hesitant to follow the directions on the package for cooking these burgers. I am a fan of microwaving food (even though it’s not necessarily the most flavorful way to cook). The package recommends not microwaving the burger and so I used a skillet on the stove instead. I am glad I followed the instructions on the package as the burger came out very well. It tasted delicious and went great with some ghost pepper cheese and some onions. I thought the smell was palatable which is a big plus since some brands of plant-based products don’t necessarily smell amazing. I wish this product was a little less fatty but honestly it wasn’t so fatty in nutritional that I couldn’t compensate with lower fat ingredients to even it out. I was pleased with the appearance of the burger after cooking it. It looked just as good as the picture on the package after it was cooked up.
