“I tried the twist my parm and I thought it was excellent. As a dieter, I appreciated the nutritional aspect of the chickpea pasta. I thought that the pasta cooked up very well. I didn’t have any trouble mixing it. The pasta itself didn’t leave any kind of film, and it tasted just as good if not a little better than flour pasta. I thought it smelled great and looked appetizing.”
