Simple Mills Organic Nut & Seed Flour All Purpose Baking Mix Review

I used the entire box and created a batch of biscuits as per the recipe on the box. I added eggs and water as instructed. The mix folded well with the other ingredients. The recipe was easy to make, and it tasted as expected, very edible. The biscuits didn’t rise as well as they could have. My biscuits visually looked more like the pancakes than the biscuits on the box. I thought the consistency of the product was valid and they smelled delicious. I like the amount of fiber in the product, it helps with the digestion.
