I purchased the PetSafe Drinkwell Premium Replacement Carbon Filters , Dog and Cat Water Fountain Filters, Pack of 12 from Amazon and it was delivered in a timely fashion. I purchased the PetSafe Drinkwell Premium Replacement Carbon Filters five years ago (Purchase: June 2021) and and am very happy with it. My husband and I have had a Drinkwell fountain for our cats for at least a decade now and it’s one of the best purchase decisions we’ve made concerning the cats. Our cats love drinking from the moving water. They will tell us when the filter needs to be changed. The filters last a decently long time, about six weeks or a couple of months. We could probably get away with changing it every month though, our water from our condo isn’t the greatest (old building, orange tint at times.) The filter itself is super low maintenance and very easy to install. The water flows through the filter well and the filter itself size wise is small enough that it’s easy to store. I would purchase this item again if needed and I would recommend this item to my family. amazon listing.
