I purchased the Xenolythra Foldable PushUp Stands Board Fitness , Workout Equipment for Home Gym, Men & Women Adjustable Pushup Board for Chest, Abs, Arms & Core Training, Portable Foldable Workout Board for Full Body Strength Training from Amazon and it was delivered in a timely fashion. In the scope of workout equipment I’ve purchased over the years, this is one of the better pieces. It folds up compactly with the handles being able to be stored on the inside. The fact that this workout item is able to be stored like that is great because it is only the size of a large book and can fit many places on shelves, etc. I like that the handle slots are brightly labeled. It is easy to tell where to put the handles for each type of workout. When the handles are put in the slots they do not slide or slip. The board comes with some non-slip pads and a sheet with instructions on exercises. The board has a max weight suggestion of 300 lbs. I think this is because the handles do not rest right on the ground when they are in the slots. The board isn’t thick so a towel might be added underneath to fill up the airspace and support the board more if the person is heavier. I would purchase this item again and I would recommend this item to my family. amazon listing.
