I love that this jelly is more diet friendly than regular jellies. I tested the concord grape jelly flavor. I really enjoyed that the jelly didn’t have any aftertaste, or the taste of sweetener over the grape flavor. However, the grape flavor overall wasn’t as strong as it could have been either. That being said, I wouldn’t want the company to compromise the flavor of the grape jelly though by trying to make the taste stronger and accidentally making it taste too much like a overly sweetened product. This jelly did spread ok, it was marginally runny, but it is a jelly and not a preserve. I thought the smell was great. This product was also visually appealing with a really nice purple color to it.

I only have a few minor issues with this product. For the most part, I think this bread is very tasty and a great product. I was disappointed with the packaging since there is no way to close the product back closed once it is opened. I had to put it in a Ziploc bag to reseal it. I wasn’t as enamored with the sourdough product as I have been with the other items in their line (i.e. bagels, ciabatta, etc.). As the sourdough was still good, it just didn’t make the amazing scale as compared to the other mentioned products. This product has to be handled delicately in order to stay intact. Since it is cut thinner, then it’s easier to break apart. It’s not crumbly, per say, but it doesn’t hold up well under more extreme circumstances. It’s fine if you don’t mind that your piece of bread might break apart before you bite into it. I liked the visual appeal of the product as well as the smell.
