Well yesterday was something else. I think we got close to three inches of rain according to the news. I went to the gym but didn’t really get much done. It had been too long since I really went and tried to have a good workout so my body didn’t respond well. My grandma and my Aunt Faye had to go to Joliet to help clean my cousin’s house. She has surgery on her back because one of her pins snapped and they have to go in and fix it. Her boyfriend is a true piece of garbage. His fat ass just sits around the house and doesn’t do a damn thing. He just throws trash onto the floor and expects everyone else to clean up after him. He wasn’t there while they cleaned yesterday and then he bitched about the stuff that got thrown away. Well if he got off his fcking ass and did something then other people wouldn’t have to guess what is garbage and what needs to be saved. 6 huge garbage bags got filled just from stuff in the kitchen. Since my grandma was out of town, I ended up getting my lunch from McDonalds so that ruined any good the little workout had done.
I gave some codes to Maniwa last night for the IWA site and he went on there and did some fixing on stuff and I think it looks much better now. Updated roster page. New pictures for the champions and the pictures on the latest news page. Good stuff. Kudos Maniwa!
I didn’t sleep real well last night. I was up late talking to Stacy, Maniwa and Mark on the computer and then tossed and turned when I went in to bed and was very hungry cause I just had a bowl of cereal for dinner to make up for the huge McDonalds lunch.
I woke up early this morning and had to take my grandma up to Joliet. My Aunt Faye needed to be up there at 4 am so she could watch the grandkids when my cousin went in for her surgery. As soon as I walked into the house I wanted to throw up because of how bad it smelt. Garbage was everywhere and it was just nasty. I had to load up the garbage bags from yesterday into my grandma’s van (so my 15 year old cousin didn’t have to haul it all out on Friday) and they had sat out in the rain all night with no lids on the cans so it was just a mess. I loaded up the bags and held my breath and went inside to wash my hands. I said my goodbyes and got the hell out of there. Came home and put the trash into our cans and washed my hands for five minutes.
I got on the internet and read Joey Eastman’s LJ. He jinxed me a little bit but that is alright. I then read the comments to his post and wasn’t too happy. A couple of jokes and then just a stupid ass comment. I won’t get into it specifically but if people really think that I’m the reason that some people aren’t in IWA anymore then they just don’t pay attention.. Do you really think that JC Bailey or Simon Sezz would have been in IWA if I had any say in it? Do you think that New Jack would have come back after our 20 minute confrontation in the locker room in Highland if I had a say? Go back and watch the 2005 KOTDM Q & A when Ian talks about how I despise Nick Gage and yet he was brought in. Hell do you think half the dressing room would be in IWA if it were up to me? Don’t blame me for other people not living up to their end of the agreement and being done away with. I was gone. The events that occurred between Septemberish 2005 to January 2006 involving a couple of different people had me so disgusted with being involved in wrestling that I was more than happy to leave. As you can tell since this is 3 hours after reading the comments, I was quite pissed off but I have also edited a lot of it out. 4 more hours later and I’m not as mad. People will believe whatever they want to believe. However, believe me when I say that no matter what happens in my life, it will not change the way I feel about certain people.
I used that anger and hatred to propel me to great heights at the gym. I did so much more lifting than I ever had that I was in a complete sweat just from the lifting and I have never done that before. I was pacing back and forth and all worked up in between sets and keeping the heart rate going. I then did twice the time on the treadmill and greater speeds than what I had been doing. It wasn’t a great workout in comparison to what others do I’m sure but for me, it was record setting. I think I have found the key to my motivation at the gym. Anger, hatred, and more anger. The only problem with it was that a couple of times I got too worked up and it felt like my heart was going to beat out of my chest and explode so I had to calm down for a minute.
On my way out I bought some chocolate peanut butter muscle milk powder. I tried that when I got home and all I can say is “heaven on earth.” That stuff is so good it should be illegal.
Well I got work to get done around the house since it is still raining.
Good Day.
