Spotted!!! 

Scouting reports tonight have seen a cat that lives in the window across the alley. This cat seems to be contained but obviously is somewhat of a busy body. She stares out her window watching the world and making sure she knows all of the latest goings on in the complex around her.  She is quite magnificent in Cabinet Secretary Blacky’s eyes,  as he is thinking about asking her to join his hoe train even though she looks like a cat of substance and class rather than the average alley cat. At any rate, he plans to use her vantage point to get more information about the mystery cats downstairs.
