I looked for the Roth Cheese Dill Havarti Cheese at Jewel-Osco and found it right away. “I was able to purchase both flavors, much to my delight, because of a BOGO sale I happened to catch. For the purposes of this review, I tried the Dill Havarti cheese. I am a big fan of all things dill, so I was excited to try this cheese. The cheese was easy to get out of the package and cut up. I could smell the dill, and I could taste it without anything added. I wish it had a little stronger flavor on its own, though. I’m sure the flavor would be more pronounced if it were in a recipe with dill in it or had some pickles. This cheese melted very easily and cooked nicely with some pasta. I’m sure it would go great on a hamburger or a sandwich. I look forward to having more of it. This cheese is a little more expensive since it was in the deli instead of with the main stock of cheese in the dairy aisle. I think a good Havarti cheese is worth the extra cost, especially if the occasion calls for something richer in flavor. I would most certainly purchase this cheese again if needed, and I would recommend this cheese to my family. “
