I looked for the Carbe Diem! Spaghetti at Mariano’s and found it right away. “I wasn’t familiar with this brand before trying it. I tried the spaghetti. I was amazed at the level of fiber. I was expecting more like 12g per serving. Instead, there were 24g per serving. I have to be more careful with that many grams of fiber per serving. The pasta didn’t seem to bind me up at all after a serving. I might try two servings at once later. The pasta itself had a great taste, especially considering it was low-carb. It took a little bit longer to cook than traditional pasta for me. Even after it was cooked, it was still a little stiffer than the carb-laden kind, but still very tasty. I would purchase this pasta again, and I would recommend it to family.”
