I purchased the Joinshow Bread Knife & Bread Lame Scorer Combo Kit, Bread Knife for Sourdough & Homemade Bread, Bow Design Bread Slicer with Ergonomic Handle for Thin, Ideal for Baguettes, Crusty Loaves, Artisan Breads from Amazon. I felt a little uncultured when I purchased this knife and scorer combo kit. I did not realize knives could come with directions and the need to be assembled. All of the parts for this knife and scorer were included with the set when it arrived. Several replacement blades came with the scorer. One replacement blade came with the large knife. The large knife was easy and self-explanatory to assemble. The kit did come with directions to assemble it, though, in case you are unable to figure it out without them. I found the scorer a little clumsy to maneuver. The screw came loose just fine but the scoring blade is a little thin and delicate to handle easily. Same issue with the large knife, the blade itself is thinner and bends more than I feel comfortable with. This product does the job that it advertises. It looks nice. There are replacements for the parts. I would recommend it to family if they needed a knife and scorer, but I’m not sure I would purchase it again since I didn’t like the thickness of either blade or the way the scorer handled itself. amazon listing.
