This is a legitimate screenshot taken from a blog I frequent every once in awhile. It says Haribo is on sale for $1.00 at a store and that this coupon is available for $0.30 off (but redeems for $1.00… shhhh WWWWHHHEEE Freee!!!) urgh.
Q hates this. Q loves gummy bears. It’s a fun splurge item. Q doesn’t even need the coupon to buy this product, but it is a nice perk. Is this a proper way to advertise ladies? I realize you guys make big bucks now from these blogs, but we sure as hell don’t. I don’t want loss prevention on my ass because of an advertising scheme to bait people.
But now because I’ve shared this info on this blog, I’m sure there will be a troll picture just for Q’s eyes even tho Q has helped support and promote this blog this whole time.
This is NOT a paid shopping trip.
This was a shopping trip on Walgreens on Sat 5/24 – Morris IL
Arizona Tea was full price $0.99 – bought 4 – two Arnold Palmer Zero and two Diet Peach Tea
Haribo Gold Bears and Haribo Happy Cola – 2 @ 0.99 reg 1.79
no coupons were used (didn’t find the fb coupon until Q got home)
Total 5.94 Savings: $1.60 21%
Then Q used a 0.25 redemption from the Checkout 51 app (found in Google play or Apple App store) for even more savings.
If both of the Haribo coupons and the Checkout 51 discount were factored in that would up the savings to $2.45 or 30% (assuming that only $0.30 was taken off instead of $1.00)

However, if you do this transaction this week through Sat 5/31
Arizona Tea is on sale for 0.50 with Walgreens weekly ad coupon reg $0.99
Haribo Gummy Bears are back up to full price at $1.79
total would be 5.54 with only Walgreens ad coupons but it would be 4.73 if both Haribo coupons and checkout 51 discounts were factored into the total.
Total savings with Checkout 51, Walgreens ad coupons, and both Haribo coupons 37% savings
