Roll Tide Or Else! Bama Fan Goes Nuts At Sugar Bowl

I guess you could say that Alabama Crimson Tide fans have been spoiled.  The Tide had won back to back national championships and three out of the last four BCS titles.  They are one of the winningest and most celebrated programs in the history of the college game.  But God forbid when they lose.  In recent memory, we have a crazed Bama fan that poured poison all over the trees at Toomer’s Corner after Auburn beat the Tide and went on to win the national title a couple of years ago.  The man was even so brazen and pleased with his actions that he called into a sports radio program and bragged about it.

The spoiled brat actions from the fan base didn’t stop there.  Last night at the Sugar Bowl, the Tide fandom reared its ugly head once again.  This time it was a drunken female that felt the need to dive over three rows of people and start punching and kicking Oklahoma Sooners fans because they were enjoying their team beating Alabama in the Sugar Bowl…a game that didn’t mean diddily squat.

College bowl games are going the way of milkmen, travel agents and TV repairmen.  They are obsolete.  In today’s college football landscape, there is really only one game that matters this time of year.  The BCS title game.  Auburn vs. Florida State is the only game being played that has any real significance and whose outcome matters in the least.  Who is the champion?  The Tide had won the last 2 titles.  They had won  3 of the last 4.  Why would the Sugar Bowl matter?  Is there a difference between Alabama finishing  2nd or 3rd in the final polls or if they drop to 10th?  Are recruits going to decommit because Bama doesn’t win the national title every single year?

Yet here is a fan that is so outraged and so out of touch with reality that she acts like a degenerate pathetic excuse for a human being and in the process makes the WHOLE Alabama fanbase look bad.  Congrats.

P.S. – I know that this woman doesn’t represent the ENTIRE fan base nor did the jackbag that poisoned the trees on Auburn’s campus BUT their actions do stain the entire program from top to bottom.  ROLL TIDE.
