The Houston Texans had a huge game against the Seattle Seahawks today that could have major playoff implications for both teams. It was a chance for Houston to get back on track after getting embarrassed in Baltimore last week. The Texans got 2 TD passes from Matt Schaub and 2 FGs in the 2nd quarter to hold a commanding 20-3 lead at the half.
The second half was not as kind to JJ Watt and the rest of the Texans. Watt was left with a gash on his nose that required 6 stitches and left him a bloody mess:
Matt Schaub then threw an pick 6 to Richard Sherman with less than 3 minutes to go in the game that allowed the Seahawks to force OT. Seattle added insult to JJ Watt’s injury by winning the game in OT 23-20.
