Pure example of how “low art” can become “high art”. This never used to happen very often before the internet. Amazing how our culture can change with an additional way to communicate. Now the question remains.. where is this displayed?

Update: This is a picture from the art institute of Chicago. Tard was indeed photoshopped into this picture. An art show devoted to Grumpy Cat as the subject has taken place though since this post.
