Kyle Brindza nailed a 27-yard field goal with 7 seconds left in the game to give the Notre Dame Fighting Irish a 20-17 victory over their in-state rival Purdue Boilermakers today.  Notre Dame is 2-0 for the 1st time since 2008.  The B1G misses a chance for a great non-conference win early in the season.  It’s great to have football season back.
