I will be leaving for Louisville in the morning. I don’t know how long I’ll be gone but it might be around a week. When I return and post details about my trip, I will be a godfather. I can’t wait. While in Kentucky, I will talk with Ian about my possible comeback. I have to say that the more I think about it and after a short talk with Ian about it yesterday, I am thinking that it might not be such a good idea. I’ve gotten some positive feedback from people that say they would love to see it but I don’t think it would sell tickets since they are already going to be at the shows. If I come back, what happens when a month from now or two months from now the fire has burnt out inside me again? Will that do more damage than good to come back for just a short amount of time and then leave again? I will definitely have my mind made up by the time I return and I will let everyone know.
Since I am missing my Grandma Dorothy’s birthday party on Sunday, I stopped by and visited this afternoon and took her out for supper tonight. It was a fun time as it was dinner with both of my grandmas.
I watched the Knots Landing Reunion tonight with my grandma. I used to love that show. It wasn’t as good as Dallas but I was a fan of Greg Sumner and I liked Mack McKenzie as well. They were the KL versions of JR and Bobby from Dallas. The reunion show was better than Dallas’ reunion because they showed more clips and had more of the cast involved.
My grandma and I went to Wal-Mart this afternoon and she did her Christmas shopping for me…Seasons 1, 2 and 5 of Friends. They had sold out of Season 9. So I’ll have seasons 1, 2, 5 and 10. It is a good start. I should have it completed by April.
