1. My Way – Frank Sinatra…I love Sinatra and this is his best song. I would like to think that I’ve lived my life my way for better or for worse (unfortunately, too often for worse). I always wanted to use it as my entrance theme at least once but never worked it in.

2. The Baby – Blake Shelton…For those that have never heard this song it is about racing home to be with his mom before she passes away. It reminds me of when I had to do the same to get home to be with my dad while I was at UK. I made it home in time thankfully but in the song he doesn’t. It still sends chills down my spine each time I hear it.

3. Every Time I Close My Eyes – Babyface…This was the song that Shaina liked as “our” song. I always had a hard time remembering it since I had never heard the song or artist before but it would have to be on a soundtrack of my life. Which leads into the next selection…

4. My Best Friend – Tim McGraw…this was almost chosen as “our” song because Shaina liked the lyrics and it was one that I definitely could remember since I like Tim McGraw. While I’m thinking of it, Happy Birthday Shaina…hope you have fun with your party tonight or whenever you have it. And since we are on the topic of failed love…

5. I Want You To Want Me – Cheap Trick…The Highland crowd loved it. I thought Maniwa was a genious for selecting it. Unfortunately Mickie would have none of it. Since Shaina got two…

6. You’ve Lost That Loving Feeling – Righteous Brothers…BJ and I tried our damnedest and the crowd thought it was great but again Mickie would have none of it. This has to be on the soundtrack though if for no other reason than it proves that BJ Whitmer has a personality and isn’t a robot so take that all you critics out there. I was hoping this would get some love on the mid-year awards on the message board for funniest moment.

7. You Don’t Mess Around With Jim – Jim Croce…My entrance music has got to make the soundtrack. “When all the bad guys get together at night you know they all call Big Jim boss…” It would be perfect if Jim doesn’t get killed at the end by Slim but hey the bad guy always loses in the end anyway so I guess it is fitting.

8. The Darth Vader music from Star Wars…Great movie…great heel…awesome sounding music…

9. I Am A Rock – Simon and Garfunkel…Love the song…”If I never loved I never would have cried…”

10. Learning To Live Again – Garth Brooks…Garth is one of my all time favorites and I like this song. It is very hard to have to start all over again.

11. I Hate Everything – George Strait…can anyone think of a more fitting title for a song on my life soundtrack???

12. King Nothing – Metallica…I like this song…loved it when ECW used it for Taz vs. Sabu music video…just remember…careful what you wish!

13. Yesterday – Beatles…I love the Beatles and this is my favorite song of theirs. We were all better yesterday than we are today.

14. On the Road Again – Willie Nelson…life of being in the wrestling business is always being on the road. This is a great song for that.

15. I’m Not As Good As I Once Was – Toby Keith…one of my favorite singers and I love this new song from him. Goes very well with Yesterday. I had to have a Toby song on the soundtrack and this one is a good as any.

16. Behind Blue Eyes – Limp Bizkit…great song if you take out the middle where they just spell their name and crap. “No one knows what its like to be the bad man…to be the sad man….no one knows what its like to be hated…to be mistreated…” I know the feeling.

17. The theme to Phantom from Phantom of the Opera…I wanted to use that as entrance music once too because it sounds so evil. Maybe a mix of this and Darth Vader music.

That is about all I can muster up at this point. I’m sure I left some out but that is definitely a good start.
