Well ladies and gentlemen,

It is another night that finds it impossible for me to fall asleep. I didn’t even take my usual nap today. I took tylenol pm last night so I don’t want to take anymore tonight. I guess I’ll just have to put up with it.

The bad weather has caused the Vincennes show to be cancelled. When it rains it pours. IWA just can’t seem to catch a break. I was really looking forward to Candido vs. Punk. Hopefully it will happen somewhere else down the road. Highland should still be fun.

Sunday is the Phantom of the Opera trip with “Rachel.” I have a feeling that this might be the last such trip on my agenda for quite some time. I went out and bought a few cheap trinkets for “Rachel” for this occassion but I think I’ll just pitch them in the trash. I get the inkling from our last couple of email exchanges that she is no longer looking forward to this trip. I wouldn’t blame her if that is the case but I definitely don’t need to be adding to her misery by giving her gifts.

A thank you needs to go out to Nick Maniwa for posting the pictures of “Jack” and his relations with men and trees. A good update and much more entertaining than my normal updates.

Checking in on some of my new year’s resolutions:

I have been helping my grandma more while I’ve been home. This week was washing curtains, windows and blinds and helping with some of the cooking.

I have only had about 2 or 3 instances of road rage so far this year when in year’s past it would be at like 20 to 25. I’m definitely cutting back on that. Same goes for the cussing.

I haven’t lost any weight yet but I haven’t gained any so I guess I’m stuck in neutral there.

As for knowing my limitations and living with it, I did buy gifts but as mentioned, I’m thinking about pitching them out. I guess I still have a ways to go on that one.
