Short update about the gym

I went to the gym this morning and did perhaps my best workout yet. Not that that is saying a lot.

I did 100 crunches by doing sets of 50, 25 and 25. I then got on a different machine that had weights and then makes you do crunch like exercises while sitting upright. I did four sets of 10 on that adding weight each time.
I then did my usually arm/chest exercises. I did the upright row pullins except instead of 3 sets of 10 and adding weight, I did 15, 12 and 10. I then did the tricep pull downs the same way. I tried the curls but my arms were dead and I could only get 15 and 8. I then did the upright pushouts and did 15, 12 and 8. I was actually sweating by the time I was done with the lifting portion of the workout which never happens.

I then did 40 minutes on the glider and got to 700 calories.

I have the treadmill set up in the living room now so I am going to maybe do 20 minutes on that later today and then do some hindus as well.

Well that does it for now. I have to get ready to go out to the cemetary and then visit my aunt and see if she has learned anything new on her cancer.
